Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We accept returns and will offer a full refund or exchange in the following case(s):
- We have sent you a defective product;
- We have sent you a wrong product;
- We are unable to provide a replacement for a defective product or a wrongly sent item;
- Products with an unreasonably short remaining shelf life.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the request has to be made no later than seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Any sample(s)/point(s)/rebate(s) enjoyed from the purchase of the returned item will have to be accordingly returned/reversed/repaid to us.
For exchange item, we will processed within two (2) business days once we have received your returned item in good condition.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment gateway, bank and card issuer's policies.
If you have a missing item in your order, please retain all packaging including the parcel box and reach out to us.
We will check our video footage of our packing station(s) to ascertain whether the item was missed out during the packing process or went missing during the delivery process.
In the latter case, we may need to collect the parcel back from you to check for signs of tampering when making claims against the courier company.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
